To All our Valued Customers
Thank you to all who have expressed their comments and understanding following our mold closing announcement. To give you an update, we are continuing to take orders and plan to continue that process until early December. At that time, we will have to pack up and prepare to ship the master blocks to their new destination. If you have orders you want to place, the PDF file in the "Products" section of our website (dochollidaymolds.net) will give you current pricing on accessories and molds.
New Location: The new location for our master blocks is not yet decided. This week we will be recontacting those that had expressed interest (in purchasing the mold company) as we begin the bid process. We do have a minimum bid in mind that we would be willing to accept. Terms will be available with adequate collateral on a portion of the bid. We will not accept any bid for a portion of the product line as we believe it is in our best interest and the interest of the industry that the Doc Holliday line stays together. We also cannot accept bids that include a percentage of future sales.
Here in part is what we will include as part of the sale:
-Approximately 2000 master blocks all in rubber. This is the entire Doc Holliday and Gold Rush Mold line we presently cast. -The rights to the Doc Holliday Mold Inc name
-The rights to our catalog from our publisher will be reassigned -The Doc Holliday samples which will include most of our samples excluding only those that are seminar samples for use in the seminar with Doc Holliday Colors
-All available flyers (approximately 60) still in stock
-The Doc Holliday Website
-The Doc Holliday customer listing
Optional at no extra cost:
-Granite top pouring tables
-An arch banding machine
-Hoge Plaster Pouring Machine
-We also will offer to assist in company set-up utilizing necessary existing Doc Holliday personnel in exchange for travel expense. Freight on master blocks and other included items are not part of any bid price.
